Tennis is easy!

Tennis has changed. The new techniques are easier for a beginner, for an intermediate, and for a pro.

Open stance on the forehand and two-handed backhands puts the hands closer to the ball and makes it easier to control it.

Shorter backswings make it easier to find the ball.

Hitting up and across with a windshield-wiper movement makes it easier to create topspin and get the ball in the court.

Finishing the stroke above the opposite shoulder and relating that finish to your placement of the ball gives you great confidence.

You don’t sacrifice power. Actually, the new way, the harder you hit the ball, with rotation, the more it goes in the court.

There are many misconceptions in tennis. Clean them up and you’ll play much better and you’ll enjoy the game far more!
